Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn items in resalable condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2. For Exchanges, mention:

    • The reason for the exchange

    • The new product and size you’d like

3. Our team will process your request and arrange a return pickup for you.

4. You will receive a confirmation with pickup details once scheduled.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
