• Cotton & Linen Bottoms: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, air dry to prevent shrinkage.
• Tops: Turn inside out before washing, use mild detergent, and avoid excessive heat drying.

Each product comes with a care label for detailed instructions.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with an order tracking link. You can click on the link to get real-time updates on your delivery.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. 

• Order Packing and dispatching: 1-2 days

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Mumbai / Maharashtra: 2-4 days

Rest of India: 4-5 days

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. You can request a modification or cancellation on the same day after placing your order by contacting our customer service. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

At Shravik, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To request a return or exchange, email support@shravik.com with details. Our team will arrange a return pickup, and process your refund or exchange upon inspection

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 2 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Some banks may take additional time to reflect the transaction. If you paid via COD, the refund will be processed to your Google Pay number.
